T Qui Custom is committed to providing you with the best possible service within a reasonable time frame. Please keep in mind that our company is evolving and we are doing our utmost to serve you well. As a result, some changes may be necessary.
Since our products are hand-embroidered and this takes time, we will operate on a time slot basis to avoid long wait times. An email will be sent to you with all the necessary information.
We understand that our way of operating is unusual and uncommon, but we want to ensure that every order meets your expectations and is completed within a reasonable time frame.
* Let us know if your order is for an upcoming party by providing us with the date. We recommend purchasing at least three weeks in advance.
PRODUCTS
We guarantee products that are entirely hand-embroidered and created especially for you.
If you order a personalized item, no one else will have the same design as you.
Our products come from the brands Gildan, American Apparel, or Bella+Canvas. Depending on the item, we offer unisex, women's, and children's styles.
Our sizes currently range from XS to 3XL, but we can expand our size range if you contact us by email.
We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible when your items are personalized.
We also occasionally create a few sweater designs or collections. These designs will be announced on our social media channels and will be available for purchase.
* These designs will be reproducible.
COLLABORATIONS
It is possible to collaborate with us. We have already done a few collaborations and we love it. Feel free to write to us to share your project.
* We reserve the right to refuse if the project is not feasible with hand embroidery.
TAXES
At this time, there are no taxes on our products.
DELIVERY
Delivery is handled by Canada Post.
* Please note that if Canada Post is on strike, unfortunately it is not our fault. We will try to find a solution for your situation. No refunds will be possible.
The business days mentioned when you select delivery for your order do not include manufacturing time. We ask for your patience, as everything is embroidered by hand. We will contact you to let you know where we are in the process.
We also offer international shipping. Currently, a $10.00 fee applies within Canada and a $15.00 fee applies outside Canada, but if this proves to be too costly or complicated, we will discontinue this service.
PICK UP
You can pick up your order in person. Please note that this is not a store, but a private residence. That is why the address is only displayed at checkout. We ask for your discretion.
We will contact you to make an appointment so that you can pick up your order when it is ready.
* It is also possible to meet in a public place or halfway in some cases.
RETURN POLICY
For returns, please contact us at tquicustom@hotmail.com. We will respond as quickly as possible to process your return within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order and will only refund broken items or items that we have shipped incorrectly.
If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue, this is possible under certain conditions. Contact us at the address above.
We reserve the right to refuse if it is not our mistake.
